Cocoa Beans — Côte d'Ivoire · Cameroon

CarverAgri is a cocoa beans supplier working direct with farmer co-operatives in Côte d’Ivoire and Cameroon — together among the world’s largest cocoa origins. We supply fermented, sun-dried beans with traceable farm-gate origin for chocolate makers, grinders and ingredient processors.

Beans are contracted on a standard bean count of 95–110 beans per 100 g, moisture of 7–8%, and a cut-test showing well-fermented, brown beans with low slate and mould counts. Main-crop and mid-crop lots are available across the season.

We can support conventional, traceable and certified (e.g. Rainforest Alliance) programmes depending on volume, helping buyers meet due-diligence and deforestation-regulation requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

What bean count do you supply? +

Standard contracts run 95–110 beans per 100 g for good-fermented Grade I; tighter counts are available for premium and bean-to-bar buyers.

Are the beans fermented and dried? +

Yes — all beans are fully fermented and sun-dried to 7–8% moisture, with a cut-test confirming brown, well-fermented beans and low defect counts.

Can you supply certified or traceable cocoa? +

Yes. Depending on volume we offer traceable farm-gate and certified (e.g. Rainforest Alliance) programmes to support deforestation and due-diligence compliance.

What is the difference between main crop and mid crop? +

Main crop (Oct–Mar) gives larger, well-filled beans favoured for flavour; mid crop (Apr–Sep) beans are typically smaller. Both are available across the season.

What is the minimum order? +

We contract by full container — roughly 12.5–25 MT depending on packing — with recurring and multi-container supply available.
